She provided a conclusion email of the routines and games she had developed, for us to follow in between our sessions. Both made for a very stressful household. Jess has helped implement noticeable change in just 3 sessions. Firstly, she was able to identify the issues and the causes without judgement or blame. She gave us easy to follow steps and instructions to keep practicing which have helped give us back our happy home. It has given us confidence to know we are taking the right approach as well. Jess provided follow up emails about the things we spoke about it in session, with links to further support, but also have us the choice of which tools to use, depending on our own budget, rather than insisting we buy certain things. His separation anxiety is quite severe and Jess is the only person he feels comfortable enough to be left at home with - so she has been an angel for both of us.
